inform the user about the introduction service's performance, to give him/her a preview of the agency’s members' files via classified
ads and to allow him/her to interact with said service. |

| Pomd’Amour: Membership rules |
Pomd’Amour (or ‘P'A’) acts to facilitate meetings among its clientele, with the express goal of forming serious and lasting unions, including marriage.
Members must be 24 years minimum, and are required to complete the online registration questionnaire, as first step, then a meeting with the executive is a must to finalized the registration. A civil status might be asked. |

Your photo will never be distributed or posted on our website unless you agree on.

| Litigation / Applicable Law |
| All litigation resulting from this contract is subject to Lebanese laws and jurisdictions. |

| Particular conditions |
When the member wishes to sponsor a friend and provide P'A with the latter’s coordinates, he/she commits to have obtained
his/her friend’s previous consent. If need be, the member provides this information voluntarily and freely and
under his/her exclusive responsibility |
Modifications of the general conditions of membership
P'A reserves the right to modify the present General Conditions of Membership. In addition, it reserves the right to modify all
or a part of the service, without incurring any responsibility towards its members.
Electronic Agreement.
This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Website and your membership in the Service. This Agreement may be modified by Pomdamour from time to time, such modifications to be effective upon posting by Pomdamour on the Website. This Agreement includes Pomdamour Acceptable Use Policy for Content Posted on the Website, Pomdamour Privacy Policy, Pomdamour subscription policies and any notices regarding the Website.
By accessing the Website or becoming a Member, you accept this Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein.
